As the artist reads through the wide-ranging representations of dusk in literature, she realizes that its beginning and end have never been agreed on – they seem to change according to the season, weather, location, and mindset of the observer. How does dusk descend? When is it over? In this work, the artist tries to mark its turning points with ever-shifting light in order to provide a perceivable reference for this immeasurable period of time.

从文学作品对黄昏的丰富再现中，艺术家发现人们对黄昏始末的定义不尽一致。因着时节、天气、场所和观察者心境的变化，黄昏的离开和降临仿佛自循其规则——它究竟在何时走的？它怎么来？在这件作品里，艺术家尝试用变幻的光线去标记其中的起承转合，为理解这段难以丈量的时间提供一份感性的参照。
